Becki Semb moved to Redding in 1970.  She has been working in the Mortgage field since 1984 and acquired her Real Estate License to originate loans in 2001.  She holds and Associates Degree from Shasta College as well as a Real Estate Sales License and is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.  She is certified with Cal VET and has a great deal of experience with government loans including FHA, VA, USDA Rural Housing and Fannie Mae; Homepath Loans.

In addition to her professional career she has been involved in several professional and community organizations and currently is the Secretary/Treasurer for the Redding Success Builders BNI Group and is an active member of the Shasta Animal Welfare Foundation.

Theresa Gagne, Home Mortgage Loan Specialist is a newer addition to the Real Estate Team at Tri Counties Bank.  Theresa is assigned to the Call Center, Oroville, Willows and Chico Esplanade Branches with her primary desk in the Chico Downtown Branch.  Theresa’s career started at TCB as a Teller in Chico Mall Branch.  Since then she has worked as an Escrow Officer, Commercial Credit Loan Analyst and a Mortgage Consultant.
In addition to her professional experience she has a Bachelor’s Degree from CSU Chico and currently participates with Chico Optimists Club and is an Ambassador with the Chico Chamber of Commerce.  
Theresa’s prior experience with TCB as well as the experience she has gained in other positions makes her a great addition to our team.

Jason Hair has been a member of the Tri Counties Bank Home Mortgage Team for over 7 years. His started his career as a teller in the Chico Mall Branch and spent several years working as a loan processor. Jason’s primary desk is in the Chico Downtown Branch but he is also responsible for assisting clients referred to him by the Durham and Chico East Ave. Branches.  Jason’s experience as a loan processor and funder make him a very effective loan originator.
In addition to his professional experience Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Chico State University and has completed a long list of industry related training programs.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing softball, volleyball, riding motorcycles and attending community functions.

For almost two decades, I have been committed to integrity in lending practices which has led to high customer loyalty. For years, I saw the unethical lending that was going on around me and refused to become part of it.   My career path began as an Office Administrator for two top-producing Loan Consultants and was been blessed with opportunities that allowed me to work and learn as a Lending Professional.

I have been a real estate loan officer for nearly 20 years and about 10 years with Tri Counties Bank. My education includes an MBA in Finance, and from time to time I teach graduate and undergraduate classes at Shasta College and National University. As part of my commitment to community involvement I’ve served as a past board member of several local organizations including United Way, YMCA, Boy Scouts and Youth Program Supporters. I also served eight years as a City of Redding Planning Commissioner and have a strong knowledge of planning issues involving real estate lending in the Redding area.
My specialties include purchases, refinancing, and construction financing, as well as a strong knowledge of the reverse mortgage program.
